It's like every day is a fit test in a way. oh my god.The idea is you go at 100% as long as you can while maintaining good form.Max:30 arrived today and I couldn't wait to try it out.I still need to loose some weight, but I thought I was in decent cardio condition.I've done every Shawn T program back to back and this MAX 30 workout is no.There's a 5min warm up that's as hard as anything I can remember from T25, then it really gets into it.Literally just finished Friday Fight rd. I couldn't do the plyo knees with the hop- I was done, so I modified.Each time you do a workout you try to go a little further.I'm curious to know everyone else's results if you want to post them.
